This Fund is a no-load mutual fund designed to capture the returns and diversification benefits of a broad cross-section of small U.S. companies, on a market cap-weighted basis. The portfolio invests in securities of U.S. companies who size (market capitalization) falls within the smallest 20% of companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The portfolio also invests in companies with comparable market capitalizations that are listed on the American Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ National Market System.
