as of 12/30/11
This funds’s investment objective is capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its goal primarily through investment in a diversified portfolio of equity securities of companies with small market capitalizations. In constructing a portfolio for the Fund, the Fund’s adviser, Lockwell Investments (“Lockwell”), selects stocks it believes are underfollowed, misunderstood, or misclassified by other investors, and which exhibit potential catalysts. These catalysts may include, but are not limited to, changes in management, operations, regulations, products, or investor attention. Lockwell believes that once one or more catalysts are realized and understood, they often lead to an increase in a company’s stock price, resulting in better performance than the overall small cap market. The Fund invests primarily in value-style stocks whose prices Lockwell believes are undervalued in relation to fundamental measures. Equity securities in which the Fund may invest include common stocks; exchange-traded funds (ETFs); real estate investment trusts (REITs); preferred stocks; warrants to purchase common stocks or preferred stocks; and securities convertible into common or preferred stocks. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of companies with small market capitalizations
