Level Two: Manager Fact Sheet

Used in the Directed Account Plan Diversified Small Company Stock Option

as of 6/30/10

This Fund pursues its objective of long-term capital appreciation by following a value investing philosophy that seeks to acquire common stocks of well-financed companies at a substantial discount to the Advisor’s estimate of the issuing company’s private market value or takeover value. The Fund intends to invest at least 80% of its total assets in the equity securities of small companies. The Fund considers a “small company” to be one whose market capitalization is in the range of capitalizations of companies in the Russell 2000 Index or the S&P Small Cap 600 Index at the time of initial investment.
