This Fund seeks growth of capital by investing mainly in common stocks of mid to large-cap companies believed to be selling for less than their intrinsic value. The portfolio is concentrated on companies that other companies have shunned, but are viewed to be poised for major improvement. The manage employs an intensive, research driven process searching for catalysts that will lead to a change in investors’ perceptions.
