This Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in common stocks believed to be undervalued and temporarily out of favor. Income is a secondary objective. The fund is managed with a bottom-up, fundamental orientation approach focusing on valuation analysis (*relative and historically low price/earnings, price/book, and price/cashflow, sound balance sheet and business model, assessments of plans to improve business through restructuring, competent managers)
